It is widely believed that we need to find that “magic” someone to complete us, but in fact it is one’s ability to love oneself that creates contentment.  In our therapy sessions I will help you through the difficult situations and circumstances that are keeping you from moving in the direction of your dreams.  Together we will focus on forging a deeper understanding of your innate strengths, gently exploring wounds and weaknesses, helping you acquire healthier ways to cope with painful emotions, and being more comfortable with yourself and others.  Whether you're healing from a painful experience, moving beyond an unhealthy relationship, in the midst of a life stage transition, or grieving a difficult loss, therapy can help you gain the ability to unlock the door that is keeping you from living the life you desire.
